Not only fans – but also athletes! This year, you have the chance to step into the spotlight yourself. Join The Test, a brand-new side event that puts you right at the center of the biggest competition floor in Switzerland.

The ultimate fan experience: 45 minutes of action

The Test is your chance to step onto the floor and experience real competition energy in a fast-paced, high-intensity 45-minute experience – built for everyone who wants to move, sweat, and be part of the action. Not just stands. Not just cheering. You’re right in it. Just you, your teammate, and the thrill of true competition.

Anyone can join. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a passionate CrossFitter, The Test is your chance to feel the adrenaline, embrace the spotlight, and become part of TOUGH’N’ROUGH in more ways than just from spectator’s point of view.

And there’s more: every registration already includes full access to TOUGH’N’ROUGH on Sunday. It’s the ultimate fan experience! You jump on the biggest competition floor in Switzerland and get to feel the energy of it.

There’s only 20 Spots – first come, first served.

The format

• Mixed teams of two
• 45 minutes of action
• Sunday Morning, 13.09.2026, a slot between 8.30 and 11 AM.
• 2 heats of 10 teams, adds up to a total of 20 teams.
• 5 workouts
• Doable for different levels
• Sunday Spectator Ticket included in „The Test“
• Podium and cool goodie bag

Entrance tickets

For Friday and Saturday, you will need spectators tickets. Get them beforehand or on-site:

• Friday night CHF 10
• one-day-pass Saturday or Sunday CHF 15
• weekend-pass CHF 25
• free entry for kids / teens born in 2010 or later.
