Everything you need to know about the final

The TOUGH’N’ROUGH 2025 final is almost around the corner: 27. and 28.09. We are pumped to have you for two days in St. Gallen and to offer you a challenging and various competition. Here, you find all you need to know about the event, as athlete as well as spectators.

Entrance tickets

Spectators can get their entry tickets beforehand or on-site: One-day-pass CHF 12, Weekend-pass CHF 18. ⁠Entry is free for kids/teens born in 2009 or later. All events will be on-site.

Workouts, Heats and Leaderboard

All teams will compete in six workouts. The top five from each division will then advance to the final workout on sunday afternoon.

Schedule at a glance

The doors for spectators open around 08.30 on Saturday and at 07.00 on Sunday. All workouts are on-site. Details for the schedule can be found below.

Price bundle for athletes

You can win cash! In all divisions for the podium spots, there will be cash prices – a total of CHF 10’000 is in the pot! Plus: one of the events will be awarded with an event win.

Tattoo shop on-site

We will have a tatto artist on site! Dax Natoli will be there and you can drop by his booth, to get yours. If you want to schedule an appointment on Saturday or Sunday, just send him a message through Instagram – or you can also walk-in on one of the two competition days!

Vendor Village, Massages, Bouncy Castle and DJ

For the kids, there will be a bouncy castle – so bring them too, they can jump around while you watch the action on the floor!

Location, arrival, parking, food and drinks

The final takes place at the Athletik Zentrum St. Gallen. Our venue is located at Parkstrasse 2, St. Gallen. There is a parking garage right underneath the location and there is street parking around the venue. And the public transport connection is great too. We do not provide parking tickets.

Food and drinks will be available on-site as well. We’ll have fresh meat and vegi bowls, homemade hot dogs, waffles, protein shakes, homemade cake and fresh coffee.

Restaurant recommendation for Friday and Saturday

If you are looking for a place to fuel yourself on Friday and Saturday night, we got you covered. The authentic Italian restaurant Mamma Assunta, right downtown, has the food that fuels you! Drop them a message to make your reservation.
