Qualification

The online qualification takes place from 11.06. – 04.07.2026, with 3 qualifier workouts, which you can all do individually.

Changing partners after the qualifier is possible. The only criteria: one of the two team members must have completed the qualifier.

There are three workouts in the online qualifier, all can be done individually. They will be published at the same time. All scores must be entered and the videos uploaded by the last day of the qualification.

Requirements per division in the online qualification

These minimal requirements are valid for the online qualification. The requirements for the final will correspond to the category.

Elite

You should enter this division if you regularly compete and are confident performing at Elite level. You are able to handle heavy to very heavy loads in a competition setting with control and efficiency and you can reliably perform gymnastic movements with high capacity and high technical difficulty.

Qualifier classification: The top 10 teams qualify as Elite for the Live Final. Teams ranked 11–40 will compete in the RX division.

RX

Master 35+

The Master 35+ division is for teams in which both athletes meet the minimum age requirement, which is being 35 year old on the 11 September 2026 and continue to train in a performance-oriented manner. This division is not an automatic scaling, but a separate performance-based category. Athletes in this division:

bring many years of training and/or competition experience
align broadly with RX-level demands
benefit from slightly reduced volume and/or complexity in terms of load and skills
are capable of completing multiple demanding events over a full competition weekend

Intermediate

As an Intermediate athlete, you are able to perform these gymnastic movements. In weightlifting, you can control the the above mentioned competition loads. These requirements apply to the Online Qualifier and do not represent 1RM lifts.

Pull-ups (single repetitions and low volume)

Single unders
Wall-ball shots (6 / 4 kg)
Snatch (35 / 25 kg)
Clean & Jerk (50 / 35 kg)
Deadlift (70 / 48 kg)

The scaled division is intended for teams with limited competition experience. The focus is on sound movement execution, reduced technical demands, and a controlled competitive experience. Possible movements and loads in the qualifier are mentioned above. These requirements apply to the Online Qualifier and do not represent 1RM lifts.
