The online qualification takes place from 11.06. – 04.07.2026, with 3 qualifier workouts, which you can all do individually.

- Changing partners after the qualifier is possible. The only criteria: one of the two team members must have completed the qualifier.
There are three workouts in the online qualifier, all can be done individually. They will be published at the same time. All scores must be entered and the videos uploaded by the last day of the qualification.
Requirements per division in the online qualification
These minimal requirements are valid for the online qualification. The requirements for the final will correspond to the category.
Elite
You are a beast, you can handle all the movements easily and on top of that, you are super strong. You have participated in other RX- or Elite-competitions, the CrossFit Semifinals are in reach. You have thrived as a RX-Team at TnR in the previous years. Then, you are an Elite team. Note: These info about requirements is valid for the qualifier.
RX
You master barbell cycling and all bodyweight movements. You handle the intermediate weights easily. You to do all workouts from the CrossFit Opens in the RX-version, without a doubt. You have participated in other RX-competitions. You have thrived as an Intermediate-Team at TnR in the previous years. Then, you are an RX team. Note: These info about requirements is valid for the qualifier.
Master 35+
You are at least 35 years old on the 27.09.2025. You master the following:
- Kipping handstand push-ups
- Toes-to-bar
- Chest-to-bar
- Bar muscle-ups (singles)
- Double unders
- Wall-ball shots (9 / 6 kg)
- All dumbbell movements (22.5 / 15 kg)
- All kettlebell movements (24 / 16 kg)
- Snatch (60 / 45 kg)
- Clean & Jerk (80 / 60 kg)
- Deadlift (100 / 70 kg)

Intermediate
- A few kipping handstand push-ups
- Toes-to-bar
- Double unders
- Wall-ball shots (9 / 6 kg)

- Snatch (50 / 35 kg)
- Clean & Jerk (70 / 45 kg)
